We’ve got a second location (~10 guys there today) and we’re growing steadily.
We’re not looking for just a "manager", we’re looking for someone who wants to run a branch and own results.
The Job
Phase 1 – Ops Manager
Working with crews, PMs, and the shop/yard.
Keeping jobs moving, no excuses.
Fixing problems fast, before they blow up.
Making sure quality doesn’t slip.
Working with the team to deliver an amazing customer experience.
You’ll be in the field, in the office, and on the phone. You won't be bored.
Phase 2 – Prove your way to more responsibility
If you prove it (Branch manager opportunity)
You run the location as Branch Manager.
You own profit #'s, hiring, firing, etc..
You build the team around you.
You will be a vital piece in growing and scaling this branch
No handouts. No timelines. If you come in and prove it, the opportunity will be there for you.
Pay:
$80K - $140K + upside
100% paid health, dental vision for you AND your family
Company vehicle + gas card. Available for professional and personal use
PTO. As long as your producing results, take as much as you need.
