Why you might not like this opportunity

  • Since you are going to be working with our field crews initially, you WILL be wet, dirty and cold. This isn't for the weak.
  • You arn't willing to lift heavy beams and work long hours.
  • You're afraid of heights - we work 20+ feet of the ground on deck projects.

  • You will be fully responsible for driving results, no excuses
  • Others will be counting on you to make key decisions, quickly and effectively
  • It's not always easy - dealing with people problems (customers arn't always your friend)
  • Balancing field and office work starting out - you will need to learn the process and products
  • Your role will not be completely structured, you will be required to focus where it is needed that day/week
  • You'll need to answer phone on evenings and weekends from employees or customers potentially

Why you might love this opportunity

  • Well, because it's a massive opportunity for growth personally and professionally
  • Well established business and proven growth for past 10+ years
  • Great pay and benefits
  • Awesome team .. you will not work with chumps
  • Flexibility with schedule and time off (as long as the results are there, time off is yours)
  • Building outdoor spaces that people will enjoy for years is a very fulfilling industry to be in

Bottom Line
This is a rare growth opportunity for someone who loves leading people, solving problems, taking ownership, and helping to build something legendary. If that’s you, let’s talk. Don't apply just because you think the idea of being a project manager is cool, it's a hard gig but the most rewarding gig for the right type of person!
