We are passionate about creating a company we all want to work for, and that guides everything we do! What does it look like

Hands-on Leadership managing operations:

Manage day-to-day project execution
Coordinate schedules with customers & subcontractors
Communicate directly with customers & subcontractors
Manage expectations and hold crews accountable to meeting them
Solve problems and keep projects moving smoothly
Support sales and help hit revenue/profit targets

Compensation and Benefits

$60,000 – $120,000 DOE + growth potential
