What does it look like
 

Hands-on Leadership managing operations:

  • Manage day-to-day project execution
  • Coordinate schedules with customers & subcontractors
  • Communicate directly with customers & subcontractors
  • Manage expectations and hold crews accountable to meeting them
  • Solve problems and keep projects moving smoothly
  • Support sales and help hit revenue/profit targets


Compensation and Benefits

  • $60,000 – $120,000 DOE + growth potential
