Position Overview
We’re hiring a full time Project Manager who’s ready to take ownership of deck and fence projects from sale to completion. This is a high-growth potential role with the opportunity to step into an Operations Manager position if you can come in and prove it. We're looking for someone with a construction background, project coordination experience, and the ambition to grow with a fun company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 5-10 projects at a time, from a signed contract through completion
- Coordinate with clients, crews, and internal teams to keep jobs on schedule and profitable
- Schedule crews and subcontractors efficiently to meet revenue goals
- Confidently solve problems as they arise — quickly and effectively
- Deliver an 5-star customer experience at every step
- Ability to hang on in a fast paced (some would say chaotic) environment
