Cascade has been around since 1997 and recently opened this 2nd location in Lacey about 2 years ago. Things are going good, and to take it to the next level we know we need some experienced help from ambitious and competent people who can help us scale and grow this location to a 10M/yr branch. Currently looking for help in project management, with growth potential to operations manager or more. If you can prove it, we'll give you the responsibility! Starting out, this role would look like:

Managing the projects. From the sale, to completion. Helping the crew deliver a smooth and successful project for our clients.
You will be responsible for setting up an efficient and solid build plan for the project. Coordinating with the customer and our shop dept. to make the project profitable and smooth.
Scheduling projects with customers, the crews, and our subcontractors. This needs to be done strategically to allow us to hit our revenue goals
AutoCad drawings of the project, for the crew. We provide detailed 2D drawings of the framing plan, decking plan, railing layout, etc. for the crew to reference during the build
Material Takeoffs. Working within our inventory software to accurately create a sales order for each upcoming project.
You will be responsible for a lot of problem solving and figuring things out on the fly.
